At Elevation Restoration, we are a family owned and operated cleaning and restoration company built on more than three decades of real hands on experience. From our earliest days in the industry to serving homes and businesses in Asheville, Hendersonville, Arden, and Fletcher, we’ve learned that true restoration starts with expert cleaning, ongoing education, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Founder and owner Jacob Senyo began working in the industry at just 15 years old, where his parents owned and operated a successful carpet cleaning and restoration company in Florida. His parents now own a carpet and restoration company in South Carolina, while his brother and sister operate carpet cleaning and restoration companies in Arizona and North Carolina.
From an early age, Jacob was immersed in proper cleaning techniques, restoration principles, and the importance of doing the work correctly, not cutting corners. He also served as the service manager for his parents’ company gaining invaluable experience in customer service and operations. In his early twenties, Jacob advanced into a high-level management role with the biggest nationwide carpet cleaning company, overseeing multiple locations and hundreds of employees at a young age. He started as an assistant and gradually worked his way up to crew chief, then assistant manager, and eventually branch manager. Over time, he was trusted to lead multiple locations, helping improve day-to-day operations, service consistency, and overall performance at each one. Building on that foundation, Jacob transitioned fully into restoration, managing all water damage and mold remediation projects for a major water and fire restoration company. This role deepened his expertise in structural drying, moisture control, contamination prevention, and complex loss situations where precision and knowledge are critical.
Today, Jacob brings over 30 years of hands-on experience to Elevation Restoration. He holds multiple IICRC certifications and has completed advanced training across nearly every surface and material found in homes and commercial buildings. His education includes color repair and spot dyeing certification, extensive carpet inspection training in Dalton, Georgia—where he studied carpet construction, fibers, manufacturing processes, warranties, and failure analysis—as well as advanced training in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, hardwood floor cleaning, and mold remediation. Jacob has also completed multiple mold training courses, lead paint abatement training, and was among the early professionals in the industry to perform tile and grout steam cleaning and professional hardwood floor cleaning.
Elevation Restoration is a true family operation. Jacob’s wife, Linda Senyo, has been the company’s office manager since the very beginning. She worked alongside Jacob in the field to gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the cleaning and restoration process. This knowledge allows her to guide customers effectively, answer questions with confidence, and ensure every interaction is accurate and professional. Linda is professionally certified in carpet cleaning and restoration through the IICRC and has completed a week long intensive course with Jon Don focused on strategies for success and operations management procedures within the cleaning and restoration industry. Her education and hands on experience allow her to oversee operations with confidence, precision, and industry specific expertise, helping Elevation Restoration maintain high standards across every service they provide.
The family legacy continues with their sons, Daniel and Caleb, who have worked in the industry since they were 15 and continue to help during summers and school breaks while pursuing their college studies. Both are certified and trained in carpet and restoration. And then there’s Asa, the toddler of the family, who is already showing signs of becoming the next little carpet and restoration expert—though for now, he’s mostly happy supervising with a toy vacuum in hand.
Jacob and his wife, Linda Senyo, are proud locals who both attended high school in the Asheville and Hendersonville areas and remain deeply connected to the community. They are passionate about giving back to the community they call home. Linda donates her time to local homeless relief efforts, including initiatives like the Free Fridge program, helping provide food and essentials to those in need. Jacob coaches youth basketball in the area and has organized multiple camps, including Hoop for the Homeless, to give kids both a safe space and an opportunity to support charitable causes. Together, they have also donated Elevation Restoration’s services to organizations such as battered women’s shelters, including Helpmate, helping those in crisis rebuild and restore their homes.
Together, Jacob, Linda, and their family lead Elevation Restoration with a commitment to education, craftsmanship, integrity, and community service. Every project is approached with the understanding that true restoration starts with expert-level cleaning, proper training, and decades of earned experience.

As the owner of Elevation Restoration and Floor Cleaning, he is directly involved in many of the company’s most complex and detail driven projects. He personally handles fine fabric care, oriental and specialty rug cleaning, large scale cleaning projects, restoration work, water damage restoration, and mold remediation. These services require advanced technical knowledge precision and a deep understanding of materials building science and proper cleaning and restoration methods.
He is a hands on owner who is regularly present on job sites working alongside his team to ensure proper procedures quality control and consistent results. This day to day involvement allows him to train technicians in real time reinforce industry best practices and maintain the high standards Elevation Restoration is known for.

Linda Senyo serves as the Operations Manager at Elevation Restoration and Floor Cleaning and is a central part of keeping the company running smoothly day to day. She is often the first point of contact for customers, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling services, and ensuring every client question is handled clearly and professionally. Many customers may also hear their son Asa in the background, a small but genuine reflection of the family oriented nature of the business and the environment in which Elevation Restoration operates.
Beyond customer communication, Linda manages the technical and operational side of the company. She is well versed and trained in company programming, internal systems, and workflow coordination, making sure crews, schedules, and projects stay aligned. Her strong understanding of operations allows her to anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and support both the field team and the customers they serve with consistency and care.

Phillip brings multiple years of hands on experience in the carpet cleaning and restoration industry, with a strong background in high end residential work. He began his career in Montana, where he serviced luxury homes and learned the precision attention to detail and professionalism required in premium environments.
After joining Elevation Restoration, Phillip worked side by side with the owner on a daily basis, gaining advanced knowledge in professional cleaning, techniques, job site management and restoration best practices. This hands on mentorship sharpened his technical skills and reinforced Elevation Restoration’s standards for quality and care.
Phillip holds professional training and certifications in carpet cleaning and mold related services, and he approaches every project with a problem solving mindset and a commitment to doing the job right. As Lead Technician, he plays a key role in delivering consistent results and maintaining the high level of trust our clients expect from Elevation Restoration.

Caleb is a valued member of the Elevation Restoration and Floor Cleaning team and is also our son, having grown up around the business and the industry. He has more than five years of hands on experience in carpet cleaning and restoration work, beginning at just 15 years old when he spent his summers working in the field. That early start allowed him to develop strong technical skills, a solid work ethic, and a deep understanding of professional standards from a young age.
In addition to his work in the industry, Caleb is currently a college student who maintains Dean’s List status with straight A’s while also competing as a member of the basketball team. Balancing academics, athletics, and professional responsibilities speaks to his discipline, focus, and commitment to excellence both on and off the job.
Caleb is certified and trained in carpet cleaning and mold remediation, enabling him to contribute confidently to a wide range of projects. His combination of experience, education, and dedication reflects the family values behind Elevation Restoration and the pride taken in delivering high quality, trustworthy service to every customer.

Daniel is a key part of the Elevation Restoration and Floor Cleaning team and is also our son, having been involved in the business from a young age. He began working in carpet cleaning and restoration at just 15 years old, gaining hands on experience through summers in the field and learning the importance of quality workmanship, responsibility, and professionalism early on.
Daniel is currently a college student where he maintains AB Honor Roll status while competing as a high jumper on the track and field team. His ability to balance academics, athletics, and work reflects strong discipline, focus, and dedication, qualities that carry over into the way he approaches every job.
He is certified and trained in carpet cleaning and mold remediation, allowing him to confidently assist with a wide range of services. Daniel’s experience, training, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable member of the Elevation Restoration team and a trusted professional for customers who value reliability and attention to detail.

At Elevation Restoration, we are always looking for highly motivated individuals with strong character great attitudes and a solid work ethic. Our team members must be drug free able to pass a background check and take pride in representing our company inside our clients’ homes.
We are very selective about who we hire because we believe our clients deserve the best. Experience in carpet cleaning or restoration is a plus but it is not required. We invest heavily in training and education and most employees gain far more knowledge and hands on experience here than they would at a typical cleaning or restoration company.
We require our employees to perform both cleaning and restoration services because the skills and standards behind them are inseparable.
