Jacob Senyo, founder and owner, began working in the industry at just 15 years old in West Palm Beach, Florida, where his parents owned a successful cleaning company. By age 20, he had taken his passion to the next level, becoming a manager at Stanley Steemer, the largest name in the industry. There, he managed multiple locations and broke records for growth and customer satisfaction.
After gaining valuable experience in both residential and commercial settings, Jacob transitioned into the restoration field, overseeing all water damage and mold remediation projects for a major restoration company. Today, with over 30 years of hands-on experience and IICRC certifications in multiple specialties, Jacob continues to stay at the forefront of industry standards and education.

The Heart Behind Elevation: Meet the Family
A Family Business, Built on Integrity
Over a decade ago, Linda Senyo joined the business full-time. With a background as an office manager and a strong commitment to service, she quickly became an integral part of Elevation’s success. Linda holds IICRC certifications in carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, and more — and has worked side-by-side with Jacob for over six years, bringing precision and care to every project.
Their sons, Caleb and Daniel, began learning the craft at age 15. Both are currently in college, balancing academics and athletics while working full-time during the summer months to continue the family tradition. The youngest member of the family, Asa, is already showing signs he may be next in line to join the team.
